Madea's Family Reunion Fundraiser Minutes

Director Cherylann Jones called a planning meeting on Friday 31^st, March 2006 at 2:30 pm at her board room to finalize the Madea's Family Reunion Fundraiser. In attendance were and will receive attendance make up:

- Rtn Joydie Rankin
- Sec. Patrick Prince

We discussed / planned the way forward to the Madea’s Family Reunion Movie night to be held tomorrow evening, 7:30 pm on Saturday 1^st, April 2006. However, setup will start at 12:00 pm at the Ona Glinton Primary School.

In preparation for the Madea's Family Reunion Fundraiser, the following Rotarians met at the Ona Glinton Primary School to set up earlier today (Saturday 1^st, April 2006), and they will receive attendance make up:

- President Joseph Swann
